Check on name tags for your School Uniform & CCA option form

Dear Pupils,

There will be a check on the above issue. Please sew on the name tags as soon as possible.

Also, for those who have not signed up for a CCA, have you already handed in the CCA Option form? Do approach the leaders if you are not sure.

    I have not got an option form but no consent form is here yet.

    Dear Mr. Abel Kok,

    Ihave already sewed on my name tag on my uniform so I do not need to worry about anything except the Show And Tell.
